Help in data processing

Post by jovtyu »

Good afternoon, dear colleagues. I am a representative of the Ukrainian company GeophysicsPro Ltd. (http://Www.georadar.com.ua), engaged in geophysical research. The company resumes its activities after returning from Africa. I do not have skills in this work, only I study it. I ask you for help: I conducted a survey using ground-based radar - Akula 9000 C + FLL 390. I also suspect that the cable is damaged. Vertical bands appear on radarograms, their origin is unknown to me. Using GPRSoft® PRO, the data was processed. But since I do not know how to correctly do this and interpret the data, I doubt the results. Created a 3D model.
And yet I can not recognize the geological layers and engineering communications.
Can you view my files and help me with the interpretation? There are a lot of hyperbole, but I do not understand - this is the level of groundwater, engineering communications or fragments of stones on the ground.

I really hope for your advice and help.

Dear danne,
Thanks for the quick response and help. I can not attach the gsf file. I get an error all the time
As I understood experimentally, do not download files whose size exceeds 1 mb, and my file takes 3 mb

Dear jovtyu,
I have taken a look at your file and it seems to be that the offset setting is wrong and antenna is used in contact with the ground, which for the FLB390 is not a good idea.

Dear danne,
I used various offset settings: 0, 13, 19, etc. The antenna had no contact with the ground. Was at a distance of about 20 - 30 cm from the surface of the earth.
Thanks for the help!
Best regards,
