Actually two meshes at the beginning, in the middle they pour concrete but "forgot" to put the re-bar mesh. Probably the counted on the fact that no one will know. Anyway, the interesting part as I thought is that the debris from the old re-bar mesh was not removed from the site. You can see it clea...

the section3.gsf is corrupted. I cannot open it.
